So let's play a little game......

.....a fairy godmother has descended on your closet one morning (when you've been staring at the same space in utter confusion). She's sort of like the tooth fairy but wears much better shoes and sports a glorious fox-trimmed cape and instead of a wand she grants one's wishes by extending her Hermes bag and tapping you on the head. OK, enough about godmother and on to her blessing....so, she turns to you and grants you one wish...if you were able to replace the items in your closets, nightstands and dressers with someone else's who would that person be??????

Hmmmm.... I must admit, this didn't take me to long to answer. I have been admiring the style of this fashionista for some time now. I think what I love most about her looks are that they appear wearable. I mean, if I'm going to replace my stuff with anyone else's I still need to consider the fact that I'm not taking on their glamorous lifestyle. I will still need to wear something reasonable to the grocery store, to pick up the kids from the bus, take out the garbage and run errands like a madwoman. Somehow I can imagine doing all these things in her gorgeous articles of clothing. To me she has a young, fresh look that is equally timeless and elegant. The name may not be familiar to all so let me introduce you to my closet swap queen - Olivia Palermo.
